Job Description Summary
We are seeking a proactive and service-focused Facilities & Workplace Coordinator to support day-to-day workplace and facilities operations across a client site.
Reporting to the Facilities Lead, you will support facilities administration, workplace inspections, service requests, contractor coordination, maintenance follow-ups and general site operations. The role will also include back-of-house security administration, including access card management and site access support.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily facilities and workplace operations.
- Complete workplace inspections and identify maintenance, safety or presentation issues.
- Coordinate facilities administration, work orders, reporting and follow-ups.
- Manage security access card administration and related records.
- Respond to employee, visitor and stakeholder service requests.
- Assist with contractor coordination, permits, inductions and site access.
- Support workplace compliance, WHS and safe work practices.
- Work with suppliers, contractors and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
About You
- Experience in facilities, workplace services, office coordination, concierge, administration or similar.
- Strong organization, communication and customer service skills.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy site environment.
- Experience with access card administration or security coordination will be highly regarded.
