Senior Lawyer Employment
Naiman Clarke
Why This Opportunity Stands Out
- This is a really strong opportunity for an employment lawyer who wants the quality, brand and platform of an international firm, but still wants a team that feels human, supportive and genuinely enjoyable to be part of.
- The partners are engaged and approachable, the team is collaborative, and the firm has a real focus on people, flexibility and long-term career development. You will get excellent client contact, high-quality matters and the chance to grow with a team that is clearly building momentum in the Australian market.
- It is also a firm that feels different in person. The office, the people and the culture all leave a very strong impression.
About your new employer
- This is a leading international law firm with a strong and growing presence in Australia. The firm has offices across Sydney, Melbourne and Perth, while also being part of a much larger global network across Asia Pacific, Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
- What really stands out about this firm is the culture. They have the quality of work and client base you would expect from a major international firm, but without the overly corporate or hierarchical feel.
- Their Sydney office is also a serious bonus. It is a beautiful space with incredible views, a modern feel and a team culture that makes it feel far more personal than many large global firms. It is the kind of environment where you can do excellent work, be challenged and still feel like people know who you are.
