ABOUT THE POSITION.
As a Fire Protection Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and developing fire protection systems, ensuring seamless coordination throughout all project stages. Your responsibilities will include providing technical advice and collaborating with clients, architects, builders and other disciplines to achieve project goals on time and within budget.
DUTIES.
- Prepare detailed design of fire protection systems, including sprinklers, hydrants, smoke detection and alarms
- Utilise Bluebeam for creating markups, concept designs, and sketches
- Ensure design coordination to meet objectives, budget, and deadlines
- Collaborate with internal engineers and drafters
- Engage with key stakeholders to ensure smooth and coordinated project delivery
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Proficiency in Bluebeam, Revit, and AutoCAD
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
