The Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Tree Crew Supervisor to join our Open Space and Trees team. This is a critical role in leading the daily operations of Council’s Tree Crew, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality arboricultural services. T

Key Responsibilities

Arrange responses to urgent requests
Manage a small crew to provide a positive and engaged team culture, that operations safely and in compliance with relevant legislation
Manage the maintenance and replacement of Tree Crew plant and equipment
Arrange contractors, issue work orders
Provide a high level of customer service, and detailed record keeping.

We Are Seeking Someone

Experienced in tree maintenance, pruning and removals.
Strong leadership skills; able to motivate and support staff.
Confident managing high workloads and frequent customer contact.
Effective communicator who builds good working relationships.
Organised, safety‑focused and able to manage competing priorities.
Comfortable interpreting legislation and using digital systems.
