With a strong international presence and a fast-growing footprint in Australia, they are looking for a Clinical Field Specialist to join their team in VIC, focusing on patient support, clinical education, therapy optimisation, and healthcare professional engagement.

Working closely with a collaborative sales team, you'll play a key role in supporting patients and their families as they begin their pump therapy journey, delivering education to healthcare professionals, and helping expand the organisation's clinical education network.

This role covers VIC and TAS, operating on a flexible part-time, 3 days per week basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver patient-level clinical support, including pump therapy onboarding, education, device setup, and ongoing follow-up support.
  • Provide clinical education and training to healthcare professionals, including Diabetes Educators and Endocrinologists.
  • Deliver both one-on-one and group education sessions to increase awareness, confidence, and therapy adoption.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with clinicians and patients through high-quality support and education.
  • Adapt communication style across a range of audiences.
  • Partner and collaborate closely with the sales team.

What you will bring

  • Strong clinical background, such as a Diabetes Educator, Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, or similar healthcare qualification.
  • Experience within Type 1 Diabetes is essential, with insulin pump therapy experience highly regarded.
  • Ability to translate complex clinical and scientific information into clear, practical education tailored to different audiences.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-centric and relationship-driven approach.
  • Ability to balance high-level clinical discussions with practical, patient-facing education and support.
  • Self-sufficient and adaptable, with the ability to work independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
