We are currently looking for a skilled and motivated colleague to join our Implementation Department as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Senior Consultant.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage and build strong relationships with our customers, acting as a trusted advisor throughout their journey
- Lead and contribute to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and TravelOperations implementation projects for customers across the globe
- Take ownership of and drive various workstreams during those implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery and customer satisfaction
- Provide ongoing support, consultancy, and continuous improvement recommendations to customers after Go Live, helping them maximize the value of their solutions
- Collaborate with our Product Department by sharing customer insights, feedback, and functional expertise to support the continued development of our solutions
- Mentoring of Consultants in the Professional Services Department
Desired Skills & Requirements
Different profiles can be relevant, but the ideal candidate has the following competencies:
- Solid hands-on functional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, with the ability to confidently advise customers and translate business requirements into effective solutions. We are looking for 5+ years of experience.
- Experience participating in or leading Business Central/NAV implementation projects, preferably in an international environment
- Experience within the travel industry is an advantage but not a requirement
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while taking ownership of your responsibilities
- Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Enjoys working in an international environment and is open to occasional travel as part of the role
