About the opportunity

This is a senior Quality leadership role responsible for overseeing the ANZ Quality Management System and ensuring compliance across GDP and GMP environments. You will act as the key Quality partner to the business, supporting product release, distribution, new product introduction and ongoing compliance. You will play a critical role in embedding a strong quality culture, driving continuous improvement and ensuring audit readiness across all operations. This role also partners closely with global teams and supports business growth.

Duties

• Lead and manage the ANZ Quality Management System

• Ensure compliance with GDP, GMP and local regulatory requirements

• Oversee product release, storage, distribution and quality processes

• Support new product introduction and business expansion activities

• Conduct and oversee internal and external audits

• Manage deviations, CAPAs, change control and risk management processes

• Review and maintain quality documentation including SOPs and agreements

• Provide quality input into business development and partnerships

• Lead and develop the local QA team

• Drive a strong quality culture across the organisation

Skills and Experience

• Tertiary qualification in Science or related discipline

• Extensive experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare Quality roles

• Strong knowledge of GDP and GMP requirements

• Experience managing Quality Management Systems

• Proven leadership experience with the ability to influence stakeholders

• Strong auditing experience across internal and external environments

• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage competing priorities

• Experience supporting distribution, product release and supply chain quality
