Senior AI Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI solutions. This role plays a critical part in driving innovation and transforming business operations through Artificial Intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects—from data acquisition, model development, and validation to deployment and monitoring
• Design, build, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models, including large-scale and generative AI solutions
• Architect scalable and maintainable AI pipelines using modern MLOps tools and best practices
• Develop and deploy AI solutions leveraging cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (SageMaker), Microsoft Azure (Azure ML), or Google Cloud Platform (Vertex AI)
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to align AI initiatives with business objectives
• Conduct code reviews, enforce engineering best practices, and ensure high-quality deliverables
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across AI projects
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML, including generative AI and LLMs, to drive continuous innovation

Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or applied data science
• Strong programming expertise in Python with hands-on experience in frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn
• Deep understanding of machine learning and deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers)
• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering
• Proven experience deploying AI solutions in production environments
• Hands-on experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, and Kubernetes
