Project Coordinator

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Coordinator operating within the technology and infrastructure sector.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and coordinating multiple stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered successfully.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects, acting as a key link between clients, technicians, suppliers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities and schedules to support successful delivery
• Assist with planning, reporting, documentation, and project administration
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders
• Track project progress and ensure milestones are achieved
• Coordinate procurement, logistics, and resource requirements
• Maintain project registers, records, and reporting documentation
• Identify potential risks or delays and escalate where appropriate
• Support the Project Manager with day-to-day project activities

About You

• Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, or similar role
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management systems
• Experience in technology, infrastructure, engineering, construction, or service-related environments will be highly regarded
