As part of a major digital transformation initiative, we are seeking a Digital Transformation Trainer & Adoption Specialist to support the successful rollout of a new digital platform across internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders.

This is more than a traditional training role. You will play a critical part in driving user engagement, building capability, supporting change, and ensuring users feel confident and empowered throughout the transition.

The Opportunity

Working closely with project, product, and operational teams, you will become a key ambassador for the new platform, helping users successfully adopt new processes and ways of working.

You will deliver engaging learning experiences, provide practical support, and act as a trusted guide throughout the implementation journey.

This role would suit an experienced Trainer, Learning & Development Professional, Change Specialist, Implementation Consultant, Customer Success Professional, or Digital Adoption Specialist who thrives in fast-paced and evolving environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging instructor-led training programs both virtually and face-to-face
• Facilitate workshops, onboarding sessions, and user enablement activities
• Support internal teams, contractors, and external clients through the adoption process
• Translate complex system functionality into practical, easy-to-understand guidance
• Develop, update, and adapt training materials as the platform evolves
• Provide hands-on support and coaching during rollout and implementation phases
• Partner closely with project and product teams to stay ahead of system enhancements and updates
• Build user confidence and encourage positive adoption outcomes
• Act as a champion and advocate for the digital transformation program

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess:

• Proven experience delivering training for digital platforms, software systems, or technology solutions
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
• Experience training both technical and non-technical users
• The ability to quickly learn new systems and confidently transfer knowledge to others
• Experience supporting change management, transformation, or technology implementation projects
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship-building skills
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and a positive, solutions-focused approach
• The ability to adapt quickly and remain effective in changing environments

Highly Regarded

• Experience within healthcare, quality, accreditation, compliance, education, or other regulated industries
• Exposure to digital transformation or enterprise-wide implementation projects
• Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, or learning development methodologies
• Experience working across both internal and external stakeholder groups
