Your new role

As an AI Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering AI-enabled products from concept through to deployment and continuous improvement. Working closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors, you will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Defining AI product vision, roadmap, and feature prioritisation
• Leading end-to-end product delivery across Agile environments
• Managing backlogs, sprint planning, and cross-functional collaboration
• Engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements and drive adoption
• Embedding governance, privacy, and ethical AI principles into product design
• Monitoring performance, adoption, and benefits realisation
• Managing vendor relationships and evaluating emerging AI technologies
• Driving continuous improvement and identifying new AI opportunities

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will bring a blend of product management expertise and AI-driven delivery experience within complex environments.

You will demonstrate:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally with AI, machine learning, or data-driven products
• Strong experience delivering products in Agile environments
• Ability to manage end-to-end product lifecycles and complex stakeholder groups
• Understanding of AI governance, risk, compliance, and ethical considerations
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineers, analysts, and architects
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience working with vendors and managing third-party delivery partners
• Exposure to government or highly regulated environments (desirable)
