The Role – Cloud Platform Engineer - AWS

CUE-X People has a client that is seeking multiple Cloud Platform Engineers . These are contract roles ideally based in Canberra.

Due to the Nature of this large Clients work you must be an Australian Citizen with an active Security Clearance highly desirable.

Experience

As a Cloud Platform Engineer team member, you will play a critical role in deploying and supporting client solutions and operating Infrastructure as a Service resources. You'll work closely with enterprise clients ensuring secure and scalable integrations with their existing infrastructure.

• Design and implement innovative cloud solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular assessments of cloud infrastructure to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud services.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for cloud architecture and processes.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members to foster a collaborative learning environment.
• Manage universal cloud management functions across AWS and Azure.
• Serve as a technical expert in the deployment and configuration solutions.
• Customise and implement modules
• Integrate modules with enterprise systems such as Active Directory, SIEM, ITSM, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Provide hands-on support during implementation, troubleshooting, and optimisation phases.
• Document technical solutions and conduct knowledge transfer sessions with clients and internal teams.
• Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
