Struber is growing in Queensland, and we’re looking for a Senior Consultant with strong communications and engagement experience, ideally within major infrastructure environments. What You'll Do
Lead and deliver people‑centered projects
- Design and implement strategic communication and engagement approaches
- Develop messaging, narratives, content, submissions, bids and project materials that influence, inform, and inspire
- Bring rigour to planning, risk management, and structured delivery
Work within complex, high-impact environments
- Translate technical, engineering or policy-heavy information into clear, accessible communication
- Support clients through sensitive issues impacting communities, customers and stakeholders
Build trusted relationships across project ecosystems
- Engage with stakeholders ranging from community members to senior project leaders
- Facilitate conversations, manage issues, and drive alignment across diverse groups
Develop capability & contribute to a high-performing culture
- Coach and support consultants
- Bring pace, clarity, energy and commercial thinking to your work
About You
You’ll likely bring experience in:
- Strategic or corporate communications, ideally within infrastructure, utilities, transport, or major projects
- Community or stakeholder engagement across complex programs
- Change, behaviour change or human-centred design
- Bids, tenders or project-related submissions
You may currently be working in:
- Infrastructure consultancies or advisory firms
- Government agencies delivering major projects
- Tier 1 contractors or asset owners
- In-house communications, engagement or change teams supporting infrastructure delivery
