Data Architect

About The Role

We’re currently seeking a Data Architect with experience across Human Capital Management (HCM) environments to support enterprise workforce and people data initiatives. This role will be heavily involved in shaping data architecture outcomes across major HCM platforms, ensuring solutions are scalable, well aligned and capable of supporting broader business transformation objectives.

Working closely with business stakeholders and project teams, you’ll contribute architectural expertise across workforce systems, enterprise data initiatives and transformation programs. This position will suit someone who enjoys operating across both strategic and hands on environments while providing technical direction across complex HCM related projects.

You should have

• Previous experience working as a Data Architect within large enterprise environments
• Strong exposure to Human Capital Management (HCM) projects and workforce related systems
• Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors
• Exposure to Dayforce by Ceridian
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Human Resources
• Exposure to Oracle Cloud HCM
• Experience working within Workday environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across both technical and non technical teams

Key Responsibilities

• Provide architectural guidance across workforce and people data initiatives
• Support the design and alignment of enterprise data solutions across HCM platforms
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams and technology teams to support successful delivery outcomes
• Work across a range of HCM technologies including SAP SuccessFactors, Dayforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Human Resources, Oracle Cloud HCM and Workday
• Contribute to enterprise transformation initiatives involving workforce systems and people data
• Support architecture related activities across integrations, data processes and enterprise data environments
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and contribute to collaborative project delivery
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives across HCM and workforce related programs
