Permanent full-time appointment.
An exciting opportunity exists to join North Regional TAFE and live in one of the most pristine, remote and exciting regions in our State, with the option for this position to be based at our Karratha, Broome, Pundulmurra (South Hedland) or Kununurra campuses.
Heavily subsidised housing is provided for relocating to any of these regions, along with a range of other regional benefits.
In the role of Senior Organisational Development Coordinator, you will provide support to the Manager Human Resources across a broad range of HR functions. Your background as an HR generalist will be highly valuable in effectively delivering on these responsibilities.
In addition to working on some exciting and challenging projects, you will be responsible for developing and analysing a variety of workforce reports to inform senior management on key HR areas, initiatives and programs and provide recommendations for improvement.
