About The Division

The DART and Enabling Services Division is responsible for the day-to-day operations of corporate enabling functions including the NDIS Commission’s governance, finance, audit and risk and information and communications technology (ICT).

The Division is also responsible for the delivery of the Data and Regulatory Transformation (DART) program, which will deliver a connected suite of modern digital systems that strengthens regulatory capability and supports a more proactive, efficient, and intelligence?led regulator. By improving the way participant and provider interactions are identified and understood, DART will enable earlier detection of risk, faster regulatory responses, and better?informed decision?making across the regulatory lifecycle.

People with disability are at the core of DART’s design. The program will enhance safeguarding for NDIS participants, strengthen regulation of providers and workers, and reduce unnecessary regulatory burden through clearer, more streamlined digital interactions. Improved cyber security is a foundational element of the program, ensuring personal and sensitive data is protected in line with Commonwealth standards while supporting a safer, more sustainable NDIS market.

About The Role

We are seeking a Cloud Platform Engineer to lead the technical implementation and ongoing evolution of our Amazon Web Service (AWS) environment. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a secure, scalable, and automated Landing Zone. This role requires a blend of deep networking knowledge, security-first thinking, and an Infrastructure as Code approach to infrastructure deployment.
