Retail Assistant

The Flexiforce team are seeking an adaptable, target-driven & customer service focused individual for a Retail Assistant/Measurement Consultant position at a uniform store outlet in Goulburn.

The selected candidate will attain an immediate start in an ongoing part-time role. 1-2 days per week, 8-16 hours per week.

The successful applicant will already possess experience in a similar field.

A security clearance will also be required prior to commencement.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Providing prompt and efficient customer support.
• Tailoring services to customer’s individual needs in relation to preferences, style, body type, and price range.
• Assisting in fittings and answering questions about uniforms.
• Participating in inventory management, stock control and stock take.
• Managing and packing orders, handling exchanges, and processing payments.
• Utilising computer software.
• Upkeeping a tidy & clean store and workspace.
• Effectively communicating with team members in a friendly & professional manner.

Criteria:

• Previous experience in a role with a similar background.
• Diligent & solution-oriented work ethic.
• Ability to work in a team and collaborative environment to achieve one goal.
• Capacity to work autonomously and without supervision, where necessary.
• Physical fitness & capacity to lift heavy boxes.
• Attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills.
• Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Outstanding interpersonal/communication and customer service skills.
