About the Role

As our Account Manager, you’ll be the engine behind our client relationships and commercial growth. You’ll own end-to-end account management while identifying opportunities to grow existing and new accounts. Working closely with our internal teams, you’ll ensure clients always receive a seamless experience from initial enquiry through to delivery.

What you’ll be doing

• Driving commercial growth by managing and growing a portfolio of existing and new client accounts
• Driving new business development and identifying commercial opportunities
• Coordinating end-to-end purchase orders and project timelines
• Acting as the key liaison between clients and internal teams
• Delivering outstanding client experiences from first contact through to delivery

What we’re looking for

• Degree-level qualification (BA, BSc or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Commerce or related field preferred
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in inside sales, account management, or commercial coordination
• Experience in FMCG, skincare, haircare, or manufacturing — highly regarded
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive and highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
• Commercially minded with the ability to identify and act on growth opportunities within existing accounts
• Well presented with the ability to build strong client relationships
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP/order management software
• Valid, unrestricted work rights in Australia
