Australasian Marketing Specialist
Blundstone Australia
Blundstone is one of the most iconic boot brands in the world. Established in 1870 in Tasmania, Australia, we’ve grown into a globally recognised name synonymous with quality, durability, and design. Our boots are worn and loved by people from all walks of life - from worksites to city streets, farms to festivals. We’re proud of our heritage, but we’re always looking forward - growing our brand across new markets while staying true to the values that define us: authenticity, adventure, and resilience.
The Role
Based at our Head Office in Moonah, Tasmania, and reporting to the Australasian Marketing & Communications Manager, this role is responsible for developing and executing marketing and communications activity across our Blundstone and John Bull brands, with a focus on the Australian and New Zealand markets.
You’ll play a key role in developing and executing brand-aligned campaigns and initiatives that drive engagement, strengthen market presence, and enhance cross-channel consistency. This includes leading the planning and execution of campaigns and product launches across retail, digital, and trade environments.
You’ll collaborate with external partners to amplify brand impact, while working cross-functionally with internal teams - including Australasian Sales, Global Brand Services, Customer Service, and Logistics, to ensure seamless execution and alignment. This role also carries responsibility for optimising trade spend budget, tracking activity across major accounts, and ensuring investment is leveraged effectively to support commercial outcomes.
You’ll be part of a dynamic, collaborative team within a global business, and your ability to build strong relationships, adapt your approach, and deliver outcomes will be key to your success.
About You
You bring broad experience in campaign planning and brand-led marketing. You’re confident in contemporary marketing approaches and multi-channel execution across paid, owned and earned channels, and have a proven ability to create engaging, on-brand content. Your writing skills are advanced, with a keen eye for maintaining consistency in style, tone, and messaging.
You’re highly organised and adaptable, with experience managing multiple competing priorities. Your relationship management skills are excellent, and your proactive, can-do attitude enables you to coordinate projects effectively and contribute meaningfully to cross-functional teams.
The Benefits
In return, we can offer you a dynamic and rewarding position in our market-leading, family-owned business, and:
- A competitive salary package
- Access to a comprehensive health and wellbeing program
- On-site parking
- Discounted Blundstone products
