Role Purpose
The Senior Partnerships Manager is responsible for managing and growing TFC's corporate partnership portfolio, delivering best-in-class activation and servicing that drives commercial outcomes and deepens partner investment in the Club's purpose. As the primary relationship manager for assigned partners, you'll ensure their objectives are understood, delivered, and exceeded. Your responsibilities will include:
Partnership Management & Servicing
- Act as the key relationship manager for assigned partners, delivering consistently against their objectives and entitlements
- Develop and oversee activation plans across game day, digital, community, and media touch-points
- Provide proactive account management to drive partner satisfaction, retention, and renewal
- Track and report on partnership performance, demonstrating clear ROI and value
Activation & Delivery
- Coordinate end-to-end delivery of partnership entitlements including signage, hospitality, digital content, player appearances, and community initiatives
- Manage corporate event delivery including match-day activations, business networking, and bespoke partner experiences
- Work collaboratively with Marketing, Membership, Community, and Football teams to deliver integrated, impactful activations
Relationship Building & Commercial Growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local and national partners across diverse industries
- Collaborate with the Corporate Development team to identify opportunities for partnership growth and retention
- Represent the Club professionally, positioning TFC as a trusted and innovative partner
Planning, Reporting & Operations
- Maintain accurate partnership records and pipeline tracking through CRM systems
- Manage budgets associated with partnership servicing and activations
- Support the development of scalable systems and processes as the Club grows
What you'll bring
- Minimum 5 years' experience in account management, partnerships, sponsorship, or client servicing
- Experience in sport, media, entertainment, or major events will be viewed favourably
- Proven track record managing corporate partnerships and delivering strong client outcomes
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to establish trust at all levels
- Highly organised, commercially minded, and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills including presentation and written reporting capabilities
