Cut Over Manager

We are seeking an experienced Cutover & Transition Lead to drive end-to-end cutover planning, execution, and transition to business-as-usual (BAU) for large-scale transformation programs.

Location: Melbourne (hybrid)

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience leading cutover and transition activities for large-scale HR, payroll, ERP, or SAP transformation programs.
• Strong expertise in SAP Payroll / SuccessFactors, including Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and integrations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex go-live planning across multiple vendors and workstreams.
• Hands-on experience with data migration, deployment coordination, business readiness, and hypercare support.
• Strong understanding of governance frameworks, risk management, dependency tracking, and release coordination.
• Experience working in highly controlled environments where payroll continuity and data accuracy are critical.
