What You'll Be Doing

  • Handling a variety of inbound customer service and sales calls
  • Understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions and products.
  • Building rapport and providing a positive experience in every conversation.
  • Meeting achievable goals in a supportive environment.
  • Using systems to manage customer interactions.

What We’re Looking For

  • Ability to work weekends in a rotating roster! (penalty rates)
  • Must be based in the Greater Brisbane Area and eligible to work full-time.
  • Strong communication skills — you're confident, friendly, and easy to talk to.
  • A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for helping people.
  • Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems.
  • Open to feedback and eager to develop your skills.
  • Experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is preferred — but not essential!
