What You'll Be Doing
- Handling a variety of inbound customer service and sales calls
- Understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions and products.
- Building rapport and providing a positive experience in every conversation.
- Meeting achievable goals in a supportive environment.
- Using systems to manage customer interactions.
What We’re Looking For
- Ability to work weekends in a rotating roster! (penalty rates)
- Must be based in the Greater Brisbane Area and eligible to work full-time.
- Strong communication skills — you're confident, friendly, and easy to talk to.
- A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for helping people.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems.
- Open to feedback and eager to develop your skills.
- Experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is preferred — but not essential!
