As the Principal, Real Estate Corporate Franchises and Brands, you will be a high-level strategic thinker and a veteran of the real estate landscape. You will define and drive the strategic direction of what major real estate groups require from the Cotality ecosystem, acting as the "voice of the franchise" to ensure our partners are actively leading the market.

What You Will Be Doing
- Drive Strategic Direction: Define what corporate real estate franchises need from Cotality to maintain a competitive edge.
- Executive Liaison: Act as the primary strategic link between national franchise heads and Cotality’s executive leadership.
- Internal Alignment: Collaborate closely with the Head of Real Estate Sales and Sales Director to ensure seamless sales delivery and unified market execution.
- Identify Opportunities: Pinpoint "white space" opportunities for brand-level integrations and bespoke corporate solutions.
- Market Intelligence: Lead discovery sessions with franchise leaders and synthesize high-level market intelligence to inform the Cotality product roadmap.
- Influence Strategy: Ensure the "Franchise Voice" is represented in all core business decisions by influencing internal stakeholders.
Job Qualifications
What You Will Bring
Essential
- Extensive Experience: 10+ years in Real Estate, PropTech, or Enterprise Account Management, specifically working with major Real Estate Corporate Franchises/Brands.
- Strategic Track Record: Proven ability to set and execute high-level business strategies.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Australian and New Zealand real estate franchise models.
- Commercial Diplomacy: High-level negotiation skills and the ability to command a room of C-suite executives.
- Influence & Impact: The ability to drive high-level change and impact through influence rather than direct authority.
- Mobility: Ability to travel nationally to engage with corporate headquarters as required.
Preferred
- Digital Transformation Expertise: Experience in the digital transformation of large-scale real estate networks.
- Analytical Thinking: Advanced ability to translate complex data into brand value.
