The Role: The Technical Delivery Lead will play a critical role in driving the technical delivery of roadmaps and ensuring successful outcomes in Real Asset, Responsible Investment and other investment domains.

The Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and develop delivery teams to achieve successful delivery of complex initiatives and BAU changes.
Develop and maintain comprehensive & integrated delivery plans aligned with workstream’s business plan objectives, product roadmap and stakeholder expectations.
Define and manage delivery scope effectively, identify & define success criteria and proactively address scope creep and changes.
Monitor delivery progress closely against plans and schedules, identifying and mitigating risks, issues, and dependencies promptly.
Manage delivery resources effectively, optimizing utilization and ensuring efficient workload distribution.
Plan, design, and execute deployment and release processes, ensuring smooth and successful delivery of solutions to production environments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding of initiative goals and progress.

Skills & Experience Required

A minimum of 8 years of experience as a Technical Delivery Lead within the financial services, previously working directly with investors to scope and deliver technical solutions.
Background will include delivering software solutions within investment front office / quant environments is essential.
Demonstrated understanding of the SDLC and technical delivery of complex investment solutions (analytics and models).
Strong background in delivery outcome focused environments and extensive experience collaborating across Business and IT delivery team
Quality Management: Expertise in quality assurance and control processes, including testing methodologies and defect management.
