About The Role

As our Service Desk Controller, you’ll play a key role in supporting daily operations and delivering an exceptional experience to our trade customers. You’ll manage enquiries, coordinate workflows, and ensure our service desk operates efficiently.

This is a full-time, Monday to Friday opportunity with real potential for career growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Acting as the first point of contact for customers and trade enquiries
• Coordinating service desk activities and supporting site operations
• Working across POS systems and Microsoft Office tools
• Collaborating with the wider team while also working independently when required
• Maintaining high standards of organisation and communication

What We’re Looking For

• Strong trade knowledge or trade background (highly regarded)
• Experience using POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail
• A proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
