Yard Hand (Forklift Operator)

About the Role

We are seeking suitably experience yard hand/forklift operators to play an important role in the yard operations. As yard hand you will be responsible for managing effective and timely movements of loads within a busy transport yard.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unloading of heavy vehicles
• Load and unload of containers
• Checking off packing lists
• Securing loads with load restraint

Qualifications and Experience

• Previous experience in a busy transport yard.
• LF License
• High reach experience (desirable, not required)
• Experience with 10+ tonne forklifts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's licence and transport
