Physics Masters – AI Training Specialist

About The Role

We're partnering with the world's leading AI research labs to build smarter, more accurate AI models — and we need physics minds to make it happen. As a Physics AI Training Specialist, you'll use your advanced knowledge to challenge, evaluate, and refine how AI reasons through complex scientific problems.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role designed for Masters-level physicists who want to contribute to cutting-edge AI development without leaving their field behind.

What You'll Do

  • Design rigorous, advanced physics problems spanning mechanics, electromagnetism, thermodynamics, quantum mechanics, and more
  • Develop clear, step-by-step solutions with precise and well-structured reasoning
  • Evaluate AI-generated responses for scientific accuracy, logical coherence, and solution quality
  • Collaborate with research teams to build and refine benchmarks across undergraduate to Masters-level physics topics
  • Provide structured, actionable feedback that directly improves AI model performance

Who You Are

  • Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's degree in Physics, Applied Physics, or a closely related field
  • Strong problem-solving ability across advanced physics domains
  • Able to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and precisely in writing
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently on an asynchronous schedule
  • No prior AI experience required — your physics expertise is what matters

Nice to Have

  • Experience with data annotation, quality evaluation, or academic benchmarking
  • Background in research, tutoring, or scientific writing
  • Familiarity with AI or machine learning concepts
