Physics Masters – AI Training Specialist
About The Role
We're partnering with the world's leading AI research labs to build smarter, more accurate AI models — and we need physics minds to make it happen. As a Physics AI Training Specialist, you'll use your advanced knowledge to challenge, evaluate, and refine how AI reasons through complex scientific problems.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role designed for Masters-level physicists who want to contribute to cutting-edge AI development without leaving their field behind.

What You'll Do
- Design rigorous, advanced physics problems spanning mechanics, electromagnetism, thermodynamics, quantum mechanics, and more
- Develop clear, step-by-step solutions with precise and well-structured reasoning
- Evaluate AI-generated responses for scientific accuracy, logical coherence, and solution quality
- Collaborate with research teams to build and refine benchmarks across undergraduate to Masters-level physics topics
- Provide structured, actionable feedback that directly improves AI model performance
Who You Are
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's degree in Physics, Applied Physics, or a closely related field
- Strong problem-solving ability across advanced physics domains
- Able to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and precisely in writing
- Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently on an asynchronous schedule
- No prior AI experience required — your physics expertise is what matters
Nice to Have
- Experience with data annotation, quality evaluation, or academic benchmarking
- Background in research, tutoring, or scientific writing
- Familiarity with AI or machine learning concepts
