What You'll Be Doing

No two days are the same, but you can expect to:

• Lead and support a fantastic housekeeping team to deliver exceptional standards every day
• Coordinate room allocations and keep the operation running smoothly
• Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure everything is guest-ready
• Coach, train and encourage team members to be their best
• Work closely with Front Office and Maintenance to create seamless guest experiences
• Jump in and help wherever needed because great leaders don't lead from the sidelines

• Previous experience in housekeeping leadership within a hotel environment
