What You’ll Learn & Do
As a Process Operator Trainee, you’ll receive hands-on training and mentoring from experienced industry professionals. You’ll learn how to:
- Safely operate and monitor plant equipment.
- Carry out basic maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment isolations.
- Use hand tools and perform general operational tasks.
- Maintain housekeeping and workplace standards.
- Assist with breakdowns and process improvement activities.
- Develop computer and operational reporting skills.
- Work safely while supporting environmental and workplace standards.
