We're Hiring: Community & Outreach Coordinator (Internship · Part-Time)

SKDIV is looking for a proactive, people-oriented intern to join us as a Community & Outreach Coordinator, supporting the growth of CREWCasts, our gaming podcast. If you live and breathe gaming culture, love connecting with people, and want hands-on experience landing podcast guests, this is a great place to start.

This role is all about identifying and reaching out to potential podcast guests across the gaming ecosystem, helping manage outreach and scheduling, and making sure every guest has a smooth experience from first contact to recording day. You'll learn the booking process end to end and build real industry connections along the way.

What you'll do

• Research and identify gamers, streamers, esports professionals, game developers, creators, and community leaders as potential podcast guests
• Reach out, pitch, and help build relationships with prospective guests and partners
• Help maintain and manage the outreach pipeline, guest database, and recording calendar
• Support guest communications and scheduling, ensuring a professional experience before, during, and after recordings
• Track emerging gaming trends, communities, creators, and industry personalities for future episodes

What we're looking for

• Strong written and verbal communication skills — you're comfortable reaching out and following up
• A natural networker who builds rapport easily
• Genuine familiarity with the gaming and creator landscape (streamers, esports, game dev, etc.)
• Organized and reliable, able to juggle multiple conversations
• Self-starter who's eager to learn
