About the role/duties

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Support the successful delivery of two architecturally designed Class 1 residential projects simultaneously
  • Manage procurement activities from tendering and subcontractor engagement through to contract execution
  • Review and negotiate subcontractor scopes, pricing and contract documentation to ensure commercial outcomes are achieved
  • Process progress claims, subcontractor variations and payment schedules in accordance with project requirements
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting through Procore
  • Work closely with Project Engineers, Site Managers, Project Managers and the Construction Manager to ensure projects remain on programme and budget
  • Assist with forecasting, cost reporting and financial management throughout the project lifecycle
  • Coordinate supplier and subcontractor engagement while maintaining strong working relationships
  • Ensure project administration is delivered accurately, efficiently and in line with company processes

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator delivering architecturally designed Class 1 residential projects
  • Demonstrated involvement across the full project lifecycle from procurement and tendering through to project completion
  • Ability to work autonomously and confidently manage responsibilities with minimal supervision
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement processes, forecasting and cost management
  • Advanced Procore experience is essential
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify risks and opportunities across projects
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Previous experience within high-end residential construction highly regarded

Salary

$140k - $170k + Super
