About the Role

This role is suited to a confident and commercially minded lawyer who enjoys managing their own files, developing client relationships, and working across a broad range of property and commercial matters including:

· Commercial and retail leasing and property development agreements

· Subdivisions, real estate contracts and special conditions

· Business sales, asset sales and share transactions

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

  • 5+ years’ PAE in commercial and property law (more senior lawyers are welcome to apply)
  • The ability to manage files autonomously, with support where required
  • Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills
  • A practical, commercial and client-focused approach to legal advice
  • Confidence in dealing directly with clients, agents, referrers and other professionals
  • Ability to manage competing priorities
  • A client focused mindset and dedicated to building a long-term impactful career
