About The Role
As Store Manager, you will take ownership of a brand-new showroom, building performance, culture, and customer experience from day one. You'll drive sales through your own results while coaching your team to consistently exceed targets.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead from the front with strong personal sales performance
- Build, coach and inspire a high-performing sales team
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences aligned to a premium brand
- Drive showroom performance through high-value sales strategies
- Maintain impeccable showroom standards and presentation
About You
- Proven success in high-ticket sales
- Strong track record of exceeding individual sales targets
- Competitive, driven and results-focused
- Polished, professional presence suited to a luxury environment
- Passion for customer experience and relationship building
What's On Offer
- $150K base (inclusive of super)
- 1% commission on personal sales (paid monthly)

Roster
- Weekend work required
- Two RDOs during the week + one weekend off per month
