You do not just nod along when it comes up in a client meeting. You can have a real, confident conversation about why it matters to their bottom line, and what they should be doing about it.

These two things together, deep hotel knowledge and real digital fluency, are exactly what this role requires. Both matter. Neither is optional.

You build real relationships. Not the just-touching-base kind. The kind where clients call you when something is going sideways, because they trust you to help them figure it out. You take the time to understand how their business actually works, what they are trying to achieve, and what is keeping them up at night.

You are patient, but you are not a doormat. You are excellent at bringing clients along on the journey: educating them, translating complex strategy into plain language, and making them feel genuinely in the loop.

You are the calm in the room. When things get complicated between a client and the delivery team, you keep relationships smooth, communication clear, and everyone focused on what matters.

You are commercially minded. You love tracking campaign performance, spotting what is not working, making the call to change it, and reporting real results back to your clients. Seeing them win is what drives you.

You are not scared of AI. You are excited by it. The shift happening in digital marketing, direct bookings, and AI-powered search is not noise to you. It is opportunity, and you want to be at the front of it.

What This Role Is

OmniHyper works with hotels and hospitality groups to grow their direct revenue through digital strategy, search, and emerging AI technologies. We have built strong products, delivered real results, and we are growing fast.

What we do not yet have is a dedicated Client Lead. Someone who owns client relationships end-to-end, keeps them strong, and acts as the strategic bridge between what we build and what clients actually need.

This is that role, and it is a significant one.

With you in it, retention improves. Clients feel better informed, better cared for, and more invested in the work. The sales team gets to focus on selling. The business keeps growing. You will have a direct, visible impact on where OmniHyper goes next.

This is not a maintenance role. It is a building role.

What Is On The Table

Full-time role based in North Sydney (8:30 AM to 5 PM), with genuine WFH flexibility once you are settled in. Competitive salary, and we are open to a conversation about the right structure for the right person.
