About The Role

We're looking for experienced incident response professionals to help evaluate and improve AI systems built for modern security operations. Your real-world expertise will directly shape how AI interprets security events, investigates threats, and supports digital forensics — making a measurable impact on the future of cybersecurity AI.

What You'll Do

• Analyze realistic security incidents, alerts, and event data to evaluate AI-generated investigation outputs
• Assess AI responses for accuracy in root cause analysis, impact determination, and remediation guidance
• Review and critique detection rules, alerting pipelines, and investigative playbooks used by AI systems
• Identify gaps where AI analysis diverges from real-world SOC best practices
• Provide structured, expert feedback that directly improves AI model performance in security contexts
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in SOC operations, incident response, or security engineering
• Proficient with SIEM platforms, alert triage workflows, and investigation tooling
• Strong ability to distinguish high-signal threats from background noise
• Clear written communicator who can articulate security reasoning in structured formats
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on task-based assignments

Nice to Have

• Experience with threat intelligence, digital forensics, or malware analysis
• Familiarity with frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, or PICERL
• Prior exposure to AI evaluation or red-teaming workflows
• Certifications such as GCIH, GCFA, CEH, or equivalent
