Fusion5's D365 F&O practice is growing fast across ANZ and we're looking for a Supply Chain Consultant who wants to be in the thick of it. You'll join a team that's deep in the work: end-to-end Supply Chain transformations across Distribution and Manufacturing, with a strong project pipeline and a business that's genuinely investing in F&O capability. This isn't a role where you'll be warming a bench between engagements.

Day to day, you'll be hands-on across solution design, configuration, workshops, and customer engagement, working in Sydney or Brisbane with customers who are serious about transformation. You'll design Supply Chain solutions that actually work in the real world, not just look good in a slide deck.

What you'll bring

You're a commercially minded D365 F&O Supply Chain Consultant who translates business needs into practical solutions. You build trust quickly, lead structured workshops, and stay close to delivery to ensure outcomes land well. You're confident getting hands-on and take ownership of delivering solutions that are fit for purpose and well adopted.

Advanced Warehouse Management experience, including scanning (essential)
Delivery experience across Distribution and Manufacturing environments
A consultative approach and the ability to build trusted customer relationships
Strong workshop facilitation and business analysis capability
Broad functional knowledge across Supply Chain modules
The ability to move between functional, technical, and stakeholder conversations with confidence
Experience delivering training and creating clear, user-friendly documentation
Energy, ownership, and a genuine focus on delivering outcomes

What we're looking for

You're a seasoned consultant who communicates effortlessly across technical and business audiences. You're self-driven, solutions-focused, and skilled at translating business needs into functional and technical specifications. A natural customer advocate, you bring a genuine passion for continuous learning and thrive in fast-paced environments.

Minimum 5 years' experience in a consulting environment
Strong communication skills across technical and business audiences
A proactive, self-sufficient approach with a solutions mindset
Experience developing functional and technical specifications
A strong customer focus and continuous learning mindset
