About The Role

Join our team within as an Electrical Fitter in our Laverton North Service Centre.

Repair and maintain LV & HV electrical rotating machinery.
Assemble and disassemble electrical rotating equipment.
Conduct static and dynamic tests on electrical equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Rewind electric motors and generators.
Perform balancing on motors to keep things running smoothly.
Keep the goods flowing with timely ordering when required.
Take direction from your Supervisor to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
When required, attend onsite to conduct effective repairs of electrical rotating equipment.

To Succeed In This Role, You Will Need

CERT III in Electrotechnology or above / equivalent.
Experience in repairing and rewinding DC motors, medium to High Voltage electrical motors, and generators.
Excellent time management skills to keep things on track.
Strong teamwork skills.
Dedication to maintaining a safe work environment at all times.
