About the role

This role supports the effective management of station facilities assets by coordinating and monitoring maintenance activities to ensure safe, reliable and efficient operations. You will oversee preventative, corrective and breakdown maintenance, ensuring works are completed on time and in line with contractual, statutory and safety requirements.

You will play a key role in maintaining asset data integrity, including updating maintenance records in asset management systems, validating performance data and supporting reporting processes. The role also involves coordinating contractors onsite, monitoring their performance against KPIs, and ensuring compliance with PTA policies and procedures.

Working collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders, you will contribute to incident investigations, support asset lifecycle planning, maintain technical documentation and assist with continuous improvement initiatives to enhance asset performance and reliability

About You!

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Trade qualification or experience in multi-disciplinary maintenance or project environments
  • Experience coordinating or supervising contractors and maintenance activities
  • Strong understanding of workplace health and safety practices and compliance requirements
  • Good communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

There is one permanent full-time opportunity available for an immediate start. Applicants assessed as suitable through this process may be used to fill similar vacancies both fixed term and permanent that may arise within the next 12 months
