About the Role

• You’ll be hands-on in the field ‘all-rounder’, fault finding and troubleshooting security systems across Service and Maintenance
• Installing, fitting off, programming and commissioning in Minor Works and Major Projects.

What You’ll Bring

• Must be an Australian Citizenship (NV1 Security Clearance eligibility required – Secom will support this)
• Australian Government Security Clearance (or ability to obtain – Secom will support this)
• 3+ years’ experience in security systems install/commissioning
• Drivers licence
• White Card and Asbestos Awareness Card (or ability to obtain)
• Hands-on trade background – Security Technician, or Electrician/BMS tech cross-skilling
• Construction site experience, following safety and working with PMs/trades
• Strong communication, stakeholder skills, and attention to detail

Nice to Have

• Programming/commissioning experience with Gallagher, T1A or similar
• ICT networking skills
• Fault identification, isolation, and reporting
• Experience creating cable schedules, drawings, and documentation
