IT Support Professional (Level 2)

We're currently looking for an experienced IT support professional (Level 2) who genuinely understands the balance between strong technical capability and exceptional customer service.
This opportunity would suit someone who has worked across both Service Desk and Desktop Support environments, and who is comfortable supporting a broad range of users, including C-Level Executives and VIP stakeholders.
We're looking for someone who can work autonomously, manage competing priorities, and confidently take ownership of issues through to resolution. Strong communication skills, professionalism and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential.
Experience within Mining and/or Oil & Gas environments would be highly regarded, particularly in fast-paced operational or enterprise settings.
- Experience in a Level 2 Desktop Support or Service Desk role
- Strong Windows and Microsoft 365 troubleshooting skills
- Experience working with ticketing systems and ITIL environments
- Great communication skills and a customer-first approach
- Someone who enjoys mentoring others and being part of a team
