Goodman Fielder

Help Shape What's Next

We're looking for a high-impact Head Of Growth and Enablement Manager to partner with senior leaders and drive the future direction of Goodman Fielder. This is a critical role at the intersection of strategy, insight, innovation, and execution—turning complex signals into clear choices, bold moves, and real outcomes.

The Role

As the Head of Growth and Enablement, you'll lead enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, identify new growth opportunities, and ensure our biggest priorities are clearly defined, funded, and delivered. From shaping long-term strategy to enabling execution, you'll play a central role in defining how we grow—and making it happen.

What You'll Do

  • Set strategy & unlock growth: Lead enterprise, portfolio, and category strategy; identify new markets, adjacencies, and growth platforms through rigorous analysis and insight
  • Turn insight into action: Translate market, consumer, and commercial data into clear strategic choices, investment priorities, and executable plans
  • Drive execution at scale: Embed strategy through planning cycles, ways of working, and enterprise-wide capacity planning to ensure delivery
  • Partner & influence: Work closely with senior leaders; align and mobilise cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact outcomes
  • Bring commercial rigour: Assess opportunities through a lens of value, risk, and strategic fit; build robust business cases
  • Lead through complexity: Navigate ambiguity, drive transformation, and connect thinking end-to-end across brand, customer, and supply chain
  • Tell a compelling story: Craft clear, persuasive narratives that engage and influence at executive level

What You Bring

  • Significant experience (10+ years) in strategy, consulting, commercial, or insights roles (FMCG or similar preferred)
  • Proven track record delivering enterprise or portfolio-level strategy and growth initiatives
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, including business case development
  • Advanced strategic thinking, problem solving, and stakeholder influence
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and lead without authority
  • Experience operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Tertiary qualification (MBA advantageous)

Why This Role

This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of a major FMCG business—not just defining strategy but enabling it end-to-end.
