Our client, a leading global pharmaceutical organisation, is seeking an ambitious Associate Brand Manager to join their high-performing commercial team in Sydney.

This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced marketing leaders, contribute to strategic brand initiatives, and support the growth of a market-leading portfolio within a collaborative and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of brand plans and marketing campaigns
• Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, and Market Access
• Coordinate promotional materials, educational initiatives, and congress activities
• Support forecasting, business planning, and portfolio growth strategies
• Manage agency relationships and campaign execution
• Monitor campaign performance and marketing effectiveness

About You

• Degree qualified in Marketing, Business, Science, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field
• Pharmaceutical industry experience strongly preferred
• Experience in pharmaceutical sales, marketing, product management, or a related commercial role
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Commercially minded, proactive, and highly organised
