Working closely with the company owners and shareholders, this is a rare opportunity to step into an executive leadership role overseeing the sales and marketing function of a successful, nationally recognised and multi-award-winning private development company. This role will lead the full sales and marketing strategy across premium apartment projects and land communities, with a strong focus on driving commercial performance, brand positioning and customer experience. Operating as a key strategic partner to the executive leadership team, the successful candidate will take ownership of both strategy and execution, leading project positioning, pricing strategy, sales performance, marketing campaigns and buyer experience across the full development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall company brand, market positioning and end-to-end sales and marketing strategy across premium apartment and land development projects
- Partner with the executive leadership team on pricing, positioning, project timing and commercial strategy
- Oversee project launches, sales campaigns and buyer experience from launch through to settlement
- Drive sales rates, presales targets, sell-out performance and settlement outcomes across all projects
- Lead, mentor and develop the existing sales and marketing teams
- Manage key agency, channel partner and supplier relationships across sales and marketing
- Collaborate with development, acquisitions and finance teams on feasibility, market insights and project planning
Skills and Experience Required
- Minimum 10+ years’ sales and marketing experience in residential property development, with strong off-the-plan apartment experience
- Proven leadership of sales and marketing teams within premium residential or luxury property environments
- Strong understanding of the Queensland residential market
- Demonstrated success delivering project sales outcomes in a competitive market
- Strong commercial acumen with ability to operate across strategy and execution
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on leadership style suited to a privately owned, entrepreneurial environment
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, business or property highly regarded
