Creative Production Manager

THE ROLE
We're looking for a hands-on Creative Production Manager to join our creative studio at Bared Footwear. Reporting to the Head of Creative, you'll sit at the centre of the studio, partnering with design, video, content and marketing teams to bring the Bared brand vision to life across campaigns, eCommerce, social content and brand activations.
This is an operational role for someone who genuinely loves a well-built critical path, thrives in the detail, and finds satisfaction in helping creative teams do their best work. You'll bring structure and process to a fast-paced environment without losing sight of the creative ambition behind it.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (including but not limited to)
- Lead end-to-end production across campaign, eCommerce, social and content shoots.
- Act as Producer on set, managing pre-production, on-set and post-production workflows.
- Build and manage detailed production timelines, run sheets and critical paths.
- Coordinate all shoot logistics including talent, locations, permits, hair and makeup, catering and crew.
- Manage day-to-day studio workflow, project tickets and deliverables via platforms like Jira.
- Own cross-functional alignment on milestones, deadlines and production priorities.
- Manage and support junior creative team members, including the Junior Photographer and Stylist & Content Creator.
- Manage production budgets, supplier payments and reconciliations.
- Maintain the DAM system and ensure assets are delivered and accessible across teams.
- Oversee studio, sample and prop organisation to a consistently high standard.
ABOUT YOU
- Previous experience in creative production, studio management or shoot production, ideally within fashion, retail or a creative agency.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and a love of systems and timelines.
- Confident in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience managing or mentoring creative team members.
- Familiar with workflow and project management platforms such as Jira or Asana.
- Holds a valid driver's licence with access to a personal vehicle.

- Experience within fashion, footwear, retail or lifestyle brands.
- Experience managing live shopping or social-first productions.
- Understanding of social content production workflows and digital content requirements.
- Experience working closely with creative, content and marketing teams in a high-volume studio environment.
