About the role

Reporting to the Design/Drafting Manager, you will become part of a high performing, supportive and collaborative team.

• Produce clear, accurate, and compliant working drawings based on sales sketches and client requirements
• Deliver high-quality drafting work with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
• Collaborate with Sales Consultants, Contract Administrators, and internal teams to ensure accurate and efficient project delivery
• Work closely with Estimating to develop practical and cost-effective design solutions
• Ensure all designs comply with NCC requirements, R-Codes, and relevant industry standards

About you

• Minimum 1 year's experience as a Draftsperson with a WA residential builder
• Sound knowledge of WA building codes and construction requirements
• Positive, self-motivated, and proactive approach to work
• Strong attention to detail with a solutions-focused mindset
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
