About Cosmétique Dental: Join a group with 8 clinics across Sydney and Canberra. Experienced dentists, master ceramists and our own in-house lab — under one group, all built around doing exceptional cosmetic and restorative work.

The opportunity

Join our Canberra CBD clinic. You'll be focused on cosmetic and smile-makeover case load from day one, backed by an in-house lab and master ceramists in a modern centrally located practice. Your focus: the work you love — veneers, implants, clear aligners, smile makeovers, complex restorative and full-mouth cases.

What you'll do

• Diagnose, plan and deliver individualised, outcome-driven treatment
• Create standout results — veneers, implants, clear aligners, crowns, bridges, bonding, whitening and complex restorative work
• Guide patients through their smile journey with clarity and empathy
• Partner with master ceramists to hit a high aesthetic bar
• Keep clinical records, infection control and patient safety best-in-class
• Help shape clinical protocols and the patient experience
• Stay ahead in cosmetic, restorative and digital dentistry

• $500k–$600k+ earning potential (5 days a week equivalent)

About you

• Minimum 5+ years experience. AHPRA registration and professional indemnity insurance.
• Proven cosmetic and restorative experience — veneers, implants, clear aligners, crowns, bridges, bonding, whitening
• Sharp, outcome-driven diagnostic and treatment-planning skills
• Exceptional manual dexterity, an eye for detail, and a commitment to aesthetic excellence
• A warm, clear communicator with a patient-first approach
• A team player alongside assistants, technicians and ceramists
• Committed to infection control, WHS and ethical practice
• Hungry to grow in cosmetic, restorative and digital dentistry (digital smile design / clear aligners a plus)
• Private practice or high-end cosmetic experience highly regarded
