About the Role

Civeo is seeking an experienced Cleaning Manager to join our Operations team in Western Australia. This role provides leadership and operational management across cleaning operations within our village portfolio.

Working a 5 days on, 2 days off roster, this position requires regular travel across WA to support our village teams and ensure the consistent delivery of safe, high‑quality cleaning services. You will lead cleaning supervisors and teams across housekeeping, general facilities, and mine site cleaning, while driving compliance, service excellence, and continuous improvement.

This role plays a critical part in maintaining customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and a strong safety culture across multiple sites.

About You

You are an experienced Cleaning or Hospitality Operations leader who thrives in dynamic, multi‑site environments. You are confident managing competing priorities, leading teams across different locations, and maintaining strong relationships with site leaders and clients.

You are safety‑focused, highly organised, and capable of balancing service delivery with compliance, quality, and cost control. You lead by example, communicate clearly, and develop your teams to consistently meet performance and operational expectations.

Essential Role Requirements

  • Extensive experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or site‑based cleaning leadership roles
  • Proven experience leading and developing operational teams across multiple locations
  • Strong knowledge of HSQE legislation, cleaning standards, and compliance requirements
  • Experience coordinating cleaning schedules, audits, and quality inspections
  • Understanding of ISO, HACCP, and industry quality standards
  • Demonstrated capability in managing scheduling requirements and budgets
  • Strong administrative skills with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
  • Sound knowledge of chemicals, equipment, and stock control
  • Perth‑based and able to travel regularly across Western Australia
  • Current driver’s licence
