Located in our stylish Parkside Office, you’ll take full ownership of the estimating process - ensuring every build is accurate, compliant and commercially sound. You’ll play a critical role in bringing our homes to life while maintaining strong relationships across teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Reporting to the Building Estimating Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:

• Deliver accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates
• Prepare purchase/work orders efficiently and on time
• Analyse quotes and provide margin and cost reports
• Ensure builds remain profitable and cost-effective
• Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and trades
• Support workflow management across production jobs; and
• Apply NCC and Australian Standards to ensure compliance.

The successful candidate will have:

• Minimum 2 years' estimating experience in residential construction
• Solid understanding of the home building process
• Experience in volume building (highly regarded)
• Exposure to an estimating system such as DataBuild or Timberline (advantageous)
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Ability to manage deadlines and juggle multiple priorities; and
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
