Responsibilities

Lead the restaurant team during shifts to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
Role model high standards of customer service and team culture.
Assist in training and developing team members to deliver memorable experiences.
Maintain food quality and presentation standards according to Zambrero guidelines.
Ensure a clean and safe environment for both staff and customers.
Manage shift-based tasks including opening/closing procedures and basic administration.

Requirements

Strong communication skills and clear leadership potential.
Ability to stay calm, organised, and positive in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive, team-first attitude and high reliability.
Willingness to learn our systems, standards, and the Plate 4 Plate mission.
Availability: Applicants must be available on Thursdays (day and evening) and on weekends.
