Machine Operative – Doncaster

£13.00 per hour | Full Time | Temp to Perm

Know How Resourcing are recruiting on behalf of our client in Doncaster for a Machine Operative to join their growing manufacturing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous production or machine operating experience who is looking to secure a long-term position with a well-established company.

Duties Include

• Operating and monitoring production machinery
• Loading raw materials onto machines
• Carrying out quality checks on finished products
• Adjusting machine settings where required
• Reporting any faults or issues to supervisors
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Completing production paperwork and records
• Working towards production targets and KPIs

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment
• Machine operating experience desirable but not essential
• Good attention to detail
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Commitment to health and safety procedures
